Very strange.
Another report came into us: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/cant-edit-urgent/, but we haven’t been able to reproduce any of the behavior.
In the email, normally it includes a debug log. Can you send that log to us?
And can you check the WooCommerce Status Logs. Go to WooCommerce, Status, Logs. Send us any logs with zaddons referenced
If not logs are showing, can you enable the WordPress debug mode and trigger the error again? And send us any logs related?
Finally, please us WooCommerce System Report. Go to WooCommerce, Status, Get System Report.
We want to review the server configuration you are using and other plugins.
Please also verify and make sure you are running the latest version of the Product Add-ons plugin, version 2.0.6
Can you also verify you are using the latest version of the Product Add-ons plugin, version 2.0.6?

Thanks for sharing the logs and system report.
Based upon the log, we haven’t been able to reproduce the issue. We have an environment running the same server configuration and with WooCommerce and Product Add-ons latest versions running.
Could you try to perform a plugin/theme conflict test, by deactivating all plugins including wordfence temporarily except WooCommerce and the Product Add-ons plugin. We want to see if that restores the functionality.
If yes, one-by-one activate a new plugin until the error occurs again. This could help us identify and isolate where a conflict is occurring and focus evaluating that plugin.
only next week now I will let you know
A plugin called Elementor I use to build the website is causing the problem
Thanks for following-up and identifying the conflict occurring with Elementor.
Our testing team will try and reproduce the error behavior you are flagging. If we can reproduce the error, we will work to develop a compatibility fix for our next release.
ok thanks the solution for now is to deactive the elementor plugin then edit the product
We tried to reproduce the error, but we are not able to reproduce the issue.
As you can see from this video.

We are running the latest version of Elementor and latest version of Product Add-ons plugin. We successfully edit a product on both the product page and product add-ons settings.
We noticed from the log you sent earlier, you are running Elementor version 2.9.11, the latest version we tested was 2.9.13. If you upgrade to the latest version of Elementor, does the issue still occur?
If yes, can you send us a video showing the behavior occurring? Please also send us the product details settings you have setup for the product that crashes and product add-on assigned to the product with the add-on settings. We will try to recreate based upon your exact settings.
video of the error
https://vimeo.com/436383649Thanks for sharing the video. We do see the error. This is helpful to see the behavior. We’ve tried to reproduce based upon the video, but haven’t been successful. 🙁
We have Elementor installed and Elementor Product Post type, but the issue is not occurring for us.
Are you using Elementor to create Product pages? If so, can you send us a sample of a page? We suspect maybe a custom Elementor page post type used could be creating the error.
So I deactivate on the settings of elementor post types – products the text on the products is now showing but still getting the same error.

https://prnt.sc/tfa4ecThanks for the update and samples.
Unfortunately, we still can’t reproduce this bug. 🙁
We are pushing an update to optimize for compatibility with Elementor, hopefully this resolves the issue for you.
If not, what we will need at this point are debug logs from you with specific error codes, this will allow us to continue troubleshooting.
You should have logs with an error in the following potential locations
– WooCommerce Error Logs. Click WooCommerce, Status, Logs. Send any logs with zaddons– Developer console errors. On the product details page, launch the developer console, check for any errors
– PHP debug logs. You may need to request from your hosting provider, but we will need the PHP debug logs from your server
