Hi,
The log shows:
“0246.316 (1) Dropbox: chunked upload exception (Dropbox_BadRequestException): (line: 225, file: /home4/epipensa/public_html/wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/Dropbox2/OAuth/Consumer/Curl.php)”
Please can you re-authenticate your Dropbox remote storage?
After re-authentication, can you run a test backup and see if you get the same error.

Bryle

Hi,
If you still get the same error.
Could you please check what version of CUrl is installed? This will be found in UpdraftPlus Advanced Tools -> Site information page.
It might be possible that your host is using an old or broken version of CUrl.
Please can you check with your host/server admin?
We did some tests on our and we can’t replicate the issue.
Regards,
Bryle
This is the CUrl
7.70.0 / SSL: OpenSSL/1.1.1g / libz: 1.2.7
And I cannot get it to switch to Google Drive, no matter what settings I switch. Even though in the settings Google Drive is selected. That is why I disabled WP Cache because I thought that was a problem. I will try to reauthenticate with Dropbox and try again unless you can tell me how to get Google Drive settings to stay and switch.
Well I unauthenticated both Dropbox and Google Drive. I went back to authenticate and selected Dropbox, and authenticated and saved the settings. Now when I try to do a backup, it says no storage selected even though Dropbox is selected and states that it is authenticated. Now what?
I cannot get Google Drive to work either. I unauthenticated Dropbox, and then I authenticated Google Drive, hit save, and when I go back to the screen, Google Drive is selected, but when I hit backup, it says no storage is selected.

Hi @epipensandpencils
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version and try using Dropbox again? It should work now. We recently found out an issue with the latest curl version.
Thanks for the screenshot too. It seems that you have not selected the Google Drive storage? Is it currently highlighted?
Regards,
Bryle
Yes, it all works now and is keeping Google Drive selected as storage as well. Thank you!
