I need some HTML help modifying template

Hi,

I need help with my blog: http://www.edmontonweddingplanner.amodernproposal.com

I want to:

*Move the comments to be left aligned
*Center my dashed line that is my post seperator
*Shrink the white part where the text is by about 1″ but keep it centered *****actually if I could just make it so the text doesn’t go all the way accross the white part so that there is a white boarder around the wording that would be better – so increase the padding??***

Any help is more than appreicated. I know a little about html but have been working this for a while now and it still won’t work for me.
