I want to change “check-in date” to say “reservation date”, and also change the “accommodation type” label in the checkout shortcode…

Basically I’m not selling accommodation, it’s bookings of a VIP booth/area so I need to make minor customizations to some labels/wordings – can you point me in the right direction please?
