Add your Instagram username to this parameter.
Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because if cause the quote(“) issue writes manually.

I have also a problem with this plugin !
Until yesterday no problem, the slider works fine but now i have “Loading…” and nothing is loading.
I cleared the cache (navigator and website), uninstalled/reinstalled, tried the shortcode [iscwp-grid username="instagram"] (typing manualy), directly the widget “Instagram Grid – WPOS”, inactivated all plugins and themes execpted yours…
But nothing works…
My Shortcode is :

nvm updated it and it seems to be working on one of my sites, not the other.. so will troubleshoot on that site. thanks

So coming back to this thread, the issue is back. It started working after the last update, and it’s still working on a few other pages I’m using the plugin on, however I have 1 site it will not work on.
Are there issues that I should wait for an update? Or at this point should I just remove this plugin from the site and find another solution? It messes up the whole look of my site when it doesn’t load the IG images.. so I really cant afford to keep having this happen.
If you’re aware of an issue I’ll wait for a fix, but if no known issues I think i need to remove it unfortunately.
I’ve tried clearing cache from the plugin settings. No other changes were made to the site. I did try updating WP and other plugins to see if it fixed it, it did not.

I have checked your shared link “https://www.bluegarm.web-hub.fr/”, which is working now. I can see the Instagram feeds.

it should be at the top of the page (underneath the “shop now”) the whole look of the page is off due to the IG feed not loading..you can see the “loading” underneath.

We are trying our best to make it but it’s so complicated happens due to changes in Instagram API and bounds to get its data. Also, there are new coming changes related to APIs which we have to read and follow to create this plugin better.

It will take some more time to resolve all issues related to this plugin because some users not getting this issue and some users have.
