I have tried to exclude some terms from the W3Cache lazyloading, however, without success. Could you help me?

I include the word in the W3 Cache exclusion list, however, it seems to have no effect.

    Hello @blackhazor

I am sorry about the issue you are experiencing and I am happy to assist you with this.
Can you please share your website URL?
Are you using any other Lazy loading solution like some image optimization plugin or something similar?
Can you please share what have you added to User experience>Exclude words:
    Thanks!

    Hello, the website is above.

The website logo does not appear in the Safari browser. When deleting a class “lazy loaded”, in the html of the image it is displayed again, which leads one to believe that this is the function.

I tried to include the standard W3 classes in the image, however, without success. It also includes the image path to see if it also worked without success.

    The W3 exclusion list follows:

    avia-bg-style-fixed
    data-bgposition =
    data-envira-src =
    data-large_image =
    data-lazy-original =
    data-lazy-src =
    data-lazyload =
    data-lazysrc =
    data-no-lazy =
    data-src =
    data-srcset =
    fullurl =
    lazy-slider-img =
    loading = "eager"
    no-lazy
    rev-slidebg
    soliloquy-image
    swatch-img
    w3-total-cache
    woocommerce/assets/images/placeholder.png
    wpcf7_captcha
    skip_lazy
    g1-logo
    wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png

I don’t use any other lazy loading plugin but I use CloudFlare.

    Thanks!

    Hello @blackhazor

Is the following the image you are trying to exclude? wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png?
If so try adding the URL of the image to Exclude words: list and save all settings and purge the cache.
    Thanks!

    Hello @vmarko,

It is exactly this image, the logo, that has a problem. I did the procedure, however, without success yet.

    Hello @blackhazor

    Thank you for the information.
I’ve tested this on one of the websites.
Lazy Loading enabled. Adde the URL of the image to Performance>User Experience>Exclude words:
    E.G.:
    https://wrestlemaniacos.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png
Save all settings and purge the cache. These steps are ensuring that the image is not lazy-loaded and I’ve confirmed this with the tests. Make sure to purge the CDN as the image is on the CDN.
    Thank you!

I tried to add the following variations on the word exclusion (user experience -> exclude words), however, without success:

    site/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png
    wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png
    https://cdn2.wrestlemaniacos.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png
    https://wrestlemaniacos.com/site/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/wrestlemaniacosLogo-2020White.png

The CDN is an auto cdn created through the w3 cache itself, as explained in the following link: https://www.pattonwebz.com/page-speed-optimization/create-a-self-hosted-cdn-for-w3-total-cache/

I tried to include some excluded words from the list in the image class attribute directly in HTML, however, also successful. I’ve purged the cache on CloudFlare too.

    Hello @blackhazor

I’ve checked and tested this multiple times.
The process of adding the image to the Exclude words: is working as expected and the image is not lazyloaded after this.
I can only offer you or Pro support for further assistance with this.
    Thanks!
