Hide column with rule

    Hello Tobis,

    first of all thank you for your great plugin. I am currently testing tablepress for my purposes and am thrilled.

    My question:
    The first step is to filter my table with https://tablepress.org/extensions/datatables-columnfilterwidgets/. Now the columns whose cells have no content should be completely hidden.

    Do you know a solution to hide colums in combination with datatables-columnfilterwidgets? I think of an automatism (rule, no button)

    for example:
    if you select in filterbox “NX Embedded Client”, the columns “NX41000” and “NX10101” should be hidden. I need a solution to hide the colums by filter…

    Hi,

    ok, thanks for the explanation. Unfortunately, I don’t know a solution to that 🙁
    You would probably have to manually change the code for the ColumnFilterWidgets and add some sort of check for empty columns.
