Max Number of Appointments

    Hi,

    Can anybody tell me exactly what the ‘Max Number of Appointments’ setting means. I assumed that it limited the number of appointments that somebody books, but having tested it, it has no effect on that – or seems not to.

    This was what I was trying to achieving, preventing people making unnecessary multiple appointments and abusing a non-paying booking service.

    Also, is there an online manual for this plugin? I have come a long way with it in a short time, but I’m getting stuck on the final details.

    Max number, from what I can tell is hoe many they can book at one time. If you go to the add on tab of the calendar settings, you should see a setting to “Enable appointments limits for this calendar? : ” .. select that and set your parameter.. works great.

    I just looked, but I can’t find it. I am guessing you are not running the free version, as I am?

    Hi,

    The ‘Max Number of Appointments’ is the maximun number of times that can be selected in the same booking. This setting doesn’t limit the number of appointments that can be made in different bookings.

    For limiting the number of appointments that the same person can book the Appointment Limits add-on is needed (commercial version). If you need information about commercial features please contact us directly on our site since commercial products are not supported in these forums.
