Database hack member to admin?

Hi, I recently moved and upgraded my WP installation. I then faced the dreaded ‘You do not have permission to access this’ message when trying to login as admin.

I did this and now I can login : http://www.dnawebagency.com/how-to-add-an-admin-user-to-the-wordpress-database

Unfortunately my now only admin account is a member account. How can I manually hack the user up to admin?
