Sorry for the late response.
We rechecked the page and noticed that the popup opening on the Download button doesn’t belong to us.
If you want to have our popup on the page, please, set the “Display Rules” as “Everywhere”.
Then you can add an on click popup on the Download button this way.
Open On click /On hover/On load Popup via CSS class
