    Hello Team Generatepress,I am facing a problem while activating the licence for GP premium as it always shows an error (Curl error 28:connection timed out after 10000 miliseconds). I have also contacted to my hosting provider, they have confirmed that there is no problem at their end and your IP 35.193.232.176 has been whitelisted at their end. Please checkout if my hosting provider’s IP 164.132.163.21 has been blocked or something at your side. Coz their server is unable to ping your IP. Plzz reply me with some positive news as soon as possible.

    Hey Tom, thanks for replying.
    Actually I am facing issues posting my query in your premium forum.. There may be a reason for this also, actually one of my friends purchased the Premium version of generatepress from your site for himself and for me also. I didn’t reach generatepress in past,coz I am also new at web development and not familiar with many things. So I don’t have an account to login at your site and raise my query in the forum, though I tried to make one but still unable to create a topic after making it as it shows you can’t create a topic. Yes,I know, you might ask me now about my friend who got the GP premium for me and himself, but that’s exactly my problem,I am unable to reach him now due to prevailing pandemic situation as he has gone to some remote area and not even picking my calls now. I hope you would help me out with this, hoping for a positive reply..You can tell me whatever am I supposed to do.
