Freezes up window

After I click ‘Open Editor’ and then select a template, I can usually only get a couple clicks or edits done before the whole window/tab freezes up. I’m using Chrome. I saw a recommendation that I go to settings and select ‘safe mode’. I’m not seeing a ‘settings’ option under ‘pluginops’.

I am paying for Pro, I really want this to work as I’m not seeing any other great options.
