When you have the TOC active on the page it is adding extra numbers

    Example below

    Table of Contents
0.0.1.How Technology Can Improve Your Business
    0.1 Prospects are People
0.1.1 The Worst a Prospect Can Say is No
    0.1.1.1 Understanding Your Sales Cycle
    etc.

Is there a way to customize how the numbering happens?

Please navigate to the Table of Contents settings admin page and change the Counter option.

One reason for the odd numbering and indentation is that heading tags are meant to be used hierarchically. Meaning an h1 should come before an h2 and an h2 before an h3. If you start the page with an h2 tag; an h1 should not be used further down on the page.

    I hope this helps!
