Trouble connecting to Bitrix24

Hello there! I just installed your plugin and filed in the required information about my bitrix24 account, but when I try to submit the form, it sends the email and a little circle shows below the button “submit” that spins and never finishes the process. Where can the problem be? I want to mention, that we have Self-hosted Bitrix website.
