• When I try to customize my website by adding some widgets in the lateral column, it doesn’t let me save the work and this message appeared: An error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.
    Also yesterday the WP admin page was blank.

    To be honest, I am not sure if it’s related to Astra. What if you try to switch the theme to a default WordPress theme, e.g. Twenty Twenty, does the issue persist?

    And also, as basic troubleshooting, I would ask you to try to deactivate all plugins temporarily. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    I have already tried that workaround, I have deactivated all the plugins and activated them again and still doesn’t work. When I changed the theme, that’s when it works. Please your help

    So probably there could be some console error. Do you see any errors while making changes or visiting Customizer?

    Can you share them using a screenshot with us? Also, were there any recent custom changes made in the code?

    It means “An error has occurred. Please reload and try again”

    Not sure about the specific error it is referring to, will need to check for any errors in debug log or browser’s console, @ciahomefit!
