WooCommerce Extension

Hello,
I have a customer who needs a web shop, but I would like to clarify a question here before accepting the order, as I am not yet sure how I will meet their requirements.
Is it possible to create a shop for services via woocommerce, in the end of which if the customer has added the service to the shopping cart and only has to be paid for, further details have to be requested. In addition to name, telephone, email, … these details would also be larger text fields in which the customer should describe what is missing. My customer is a therapist and needs this information to prepare for the booked therapy session.
To make things even more difficult, there has to be an appointment query at some point so that the customer can book appointments at free times.
