Watermarks are not applie

Hey Guys,
Please I am playing with plugin and I want to watermark all images regarding properties which are uploaded.
But sadly cannot get it working I simply enabled all settings and watermarking is not happening. When I create new agent and create new property. Its sometimes working when I am creating properties under account with admin privileges.
Its real estate theme.
