    Hi,

I am trying to turn QUI.cloud CDN on for one of my websites. Everything else like Image optimization, CCSS, LQIP is enabled. However, CDN is disabled in my QUIC.cloud dashboard for this particular website.

To be clear, there are 3 website in my dashboard which use LiteSpeed Cache. All of them are hosted on LiteSpeed servers (I am on shared hosting but my webhost use LiteSpeed). However, one of the websites shows the CDN as fully disabled.

I have refreshed the “Domain Key” twice under “General Settings”. The “QUIC.cloud CDN” option is turned ON under CDN Settings. I have tried switching it OFF and ON again three times.

Here is a screenshot from the QUIC.cloud dashboard: https://i.imgur.com/ytj9t2U.png

    What should I do? 🙂

    UPDATE:

I also get this message every time I update the keys: “Congratulations, your Domain Key has been approved! The setting has been updated accordingly.”

    Hi,

Are your site(s) behind CloudFlare or some kind of reverse proxy server ?

Please go to QC dashboard —> Setting –> Server IP , make sure it is set to correct IP

Thanks @qtwrk. The IP field was empty so I added the server IP address from my cPanel account.

The QUIC.cloud dashboard has an option

    Map Both www/non-www to CNAME:

Should I turn it On or Off? I have set both CNAME for both domain.com and www.domain.com to cxxx.tier1.quic.cloud.

    Thanks.

    Hi,

If you use both www and root domain , then please set it ON , if not , it’s optional on or off

    Best regards,
