There’s a few reasons why this could happen. Can you share a link to your site so we can take a look?
It looks like your cart/checkout pages are using your theme’s “Blank” page templates.
You can check that by going to your admin Dashboard and select Pages → Carrito (which should take you here) and check if you can change the page template (on the right side) from “Blank” to “Default”.
If that is not an option, you will need to check this with your theme’s support team since this would be a theme restriction.
