Red ‘1’ Next To Plugins

    This is probably pretty simple, and probably has been asked & answered before, but I can’t find the answer by searching…

    On my wp-admin pages, next to the Plugins button there is a numeral ‘1’ inside a red dot; I’m sure it means something, but I haven’t been able to learn what. Any ideas?

    It means you have one plugin that needs to be upgraded.

    Go to the plugins page and look for the one that’s got a yellow line under it.
