I see that your store has over than 900 products with some products that have multiple images. While the lite version is limited to 150 images, you may not notice which images have been resized. I’d suggest to resize individual images by clicking “Regenerate thumbnails” link under Media menu > Library. (see screenshot).

Yes, I understand that. I tried to resize individual images but nothing happens. On the smart plugin’s page the counter is still “0 images of 150 processed”. What else could be the problem?

That’s likely because your server has low resources to process some images. Mostly due to low memory limit. Can you check your server error_log file for details?

I have checked error log file. There are many such strings: “..an upstream response is buffered to a temporary file..”
Same problem.. 0 to 150 stays to zero and doesnt resizing at all..

In most cases, if the counter doesn’t change, it means there is something with server resources such as low memory limit. Increasing the value to up 1024M should solve the problem.
To investigate further the exact cause, could you, please, send me your server_log file to support[at]sirplugin.com .

My limit, set to php.ini in 512M, times 90 and 300 regardless..

Dear Nbil,
They informed me from my Hosting provider that they had a recent problem with their TMP folder and they will move my site in another server to solve it. I will try to reproduce the problem and I ll let u know here, in a couple of hours.

After our server’s problem solved this problem does not exist anymore. Nothing had to do with this amazing plugin for me it was a hosting’ server misconfiguration.
I hope dmitry85 solve it in his side as well.
