    Hello people,

When we have more than one website and we want to use Onesignal on more than one website, then we configure Onesignal on the first website and make the customizations (texts, colors and ect).
Then, when setting up Onesignal on the second site, we have to do all the customization again, one by one. And generally, these customizations are the same or similar to the customizations of the first site.

So, you could give us the possibility to export customizations and then import them.

My website is in Brazilian Portuguese, and the standard Onesinal texts are all in English. With that, I need to translate all texts to Portuguese, field by field, and then customize the colors and ect.
If I have to configure Onesignal on the second site, instead of customizing everything again, I just export the customizations from the first site and then import it on the second site.

    I leave the suggestion here.

  • Hi. Thanks for the question!

We don’t currently plan to add a way to copy your settings from one WordPress install to another. However, one thing you can do is to use the feature that lets you manually add the OneSignal code to your website (using our Custom Code implementation). You can then just copy the code, including any preference customizations, on each of your WordPress sites.

It’s a bit more complicated, so we only recommend this if you have experience coding in HTML and Javascript.

And how do I add this Onesignal code?

Here’s our guide on this: https://documentation.onesignal.com/docs/web-push-custom-code-setup.

Note that since it’s fairly complicated, you’ll definitely want to make sure you have a good understanding of HTML or javascript before getting started. Otherwise, it’s probably best to configure each site separately through the Plugin settings. Sorry for any inconvenience.
