I would start with your images.
You have so many, and they are all huge.
You really need to compress them a lot, try this :

Fix all your console errors – you have them coming from some google Advertising thing, Jetpack, Facebook, wpo cache, etc.
You’re loading css from both the source, as well as from the cache.
I don’t even know – there’s lots wrong.
Loading a 5 meg homepage is monstrous.
