This is a very strange issue!
However, after debugging your website I have noticed that you are using Auto Optimize Plugin on your website. And this conflict with the js file on your site also there is some other errors.
Refer to this screenshot.
So, at this moment I’d like to suggest you debug the issue from your end.
Here is what you can do to check:
1. Please try switching to another theme, like TwentyTwenty, and check whether the error still exists. If yes, then it is not the theme that is causing the error.
2. Deactivate all plugins temporarily and see if that solves the error. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
This is a general debugging process that all WordPress support teams perform to find 90% of the problems. Here is a video that explains the process. If you’re concerned the debugging process might break your website, you can take a quick backup of your website as explained in this video.

I dont why getting these errors as this image & video was in theme itself by default. I had removed the image from theme even cleaned from hosting folder, regarding this problem got seprate ticket to ur team but they didnt found the problem https://wordpress.org/support/topic/mixed-content-problem-6/
I just want to use ur theame at new site but now afraid same problem of header & mixed content will occur & I’ll not able to solve.

I tried to replicate the issue on our end and noticed that it’s not working. Refer to this screencast.
Also, I have noticed that you have mixed the theme and page builder. Astra is a WordPress theme that we provide and Elementor is a completely different plugin that is built by the Elementor team.
Unfortunately, there is no relation between the Elementor Page builder and Astra theme. We have just used their free products to design our Starter Templates.
The carousel option is coming from the Elementor and the issue is coming from them.
If you want to test it on your end then simply change from the Astra WordPress theme to any default WordPress theme like TwentyTwenty, then you will notice that the carousel still has a responsive issue.
