    Hi,

    I tried several methods to contact WCFM and get support. I bought the ultimate version all plugins (like Groups and Staff).

    One example for none existing support.
    My email (I used the Prmium Support ticket system!) from april 22 “Re: Premium – Limit store description, …”

    I did not get an answer until now (which is round about 2 month later”

    When should I expect an answer? How many month will it take ?

    Also I tried to write in the forum on their site an did not (in the most, not in all) cases no answer at all.

    Please tell me how to work with that?

    – We had told already you that it is not supported by WCFM.

    What else support we will provide you for this after that?

    I see they shut down the forums on the 10th of June. I use it with great ease. Maybe try a FB group for WordPress there are many people there who are willing to help. Best of luck!!

    Maybe be kind to a paying customer ? You just did not anwer at all.

    My questions were:

    “–> So may be you help me and tell what the custom code would be?”
    “–> Yes , they may also write an E-Mali for that purpose, but a button “Returned goods received” would be really nice and practical. Can I ask this a feature request of future versions?”

    If the answer is no to these question I do understand this. But not to answer for 2 month at all, i dont get it. If you cant help me with this I would ask somebody else to do it. But when I am waiting for your response it is not ideal ..

    Do you get my point?

    Yes this is a good idea. But the first thing I do is to ask the plug-in developer if they could help.
    If they cant help I search support in facebook or fivver by a third party person.

    Hated. I just bought Ultimate last night. I go to the forums this morning and it’s closed. Now I have to hope they respond to email.

    I wish I did not buy ultimate after reading this thread.

    Yes I used this “premium support form” several times, there will be a short answer but the follow ups are not ansered anymore until now.
    Can you please improve your support? Its a great product and I still have hope that your support will improve. Maybe a second level support e.g. or a quality management?

    I am willing to change and publicy write when the support has improved.

    Current issue I did not get answer which was helpfull.

    I made a request because “Order Sync” is not working like it should. The title of the E-Mali is called “Orders always synchronise”. And yes, like I wrote I have “unchecked/disabled” the order sync in the approprate form. But that does not help me if there is a bug or something.

    Can you please please answer my premium support mail(s)? Thank you in advance!

    I am willing to pay (again) for a “real” premium support, if this is a choice!

    – I have replied you 7-8 times on that thread, but still you are saying we are not providing you support.

    It’s no where written and no one can assure any issues will be fixed on very first response!

    To figure out the issue it takes time, bu if you do not have patience for that then it’s beyond my control.

    Hi,
    no I think my patience is ok. For the first query where I did not get an answer I waited 2 month. For the second it is also a while ..

    Anyhow, I know got an anser from Shhiv and he is trying to fix it. If we know you are on it, I takes the time it takes. Just not answering an I dont know wheater an answer is coming or not is difficult .. but anyhow.

    Lets end this topic, still I am happy with Marketplace overall and I hope we get the disable order synch thing finally solved together 😉

    Issue resolved, it was due to WPML.
