Hey there!
For most of these, you will need to contact a developer to make customizations to how customer info is sent to Stripe. We highly recommend contacting one of the services on our Customizations page (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/)
For this one: “And under Payment method their card is not their. It states “An unknown error has occurred.” – you will likely need to contact Stripe. That field should be populated using the card info saved in that customer account. If it’s not then it would be something needing changing on Stripe end.
