Keep visible form after submission

We don’t have the built-in option to do that. However, some possible workarounds could be to customize your form confirmation message, to provide a link for users to go back to the form in the confirmation message or confirmation page.

Alternatively, you could also set up confirmation page to take users back to the page where the form is displayed.
