Theme templates not installing

I have downloaded the free version of the Virtue theme but not all the page layouts appear to have installed. I have tried to download the demo content but get errors. I have tried creating a page as feature with sidebar but do not get the option to choose/insert the feature image and the sidebar will not display. Any help would be appreciated.
