Hi, thanks for reaching out. Are you perhaps using a caching plugin? If so, try clearing it.
Thanks for the answer. I’m using Wp Fastest Cache. I’ve deleted all the caches ma the problem still remain.
Please, send a link to the page concerned. Thanks.
If you’re using minification/concatenation, please, temporarily the caching plugin so we can check that the necessary assets are being loaded. Thanks.
OK I’ve disabled the caching system
Please, send a link to the page concerned so we can take a look, thanks.
Thanks for the link. Please, try running a quick test to see if a working baseline can be found. Temporarily deactivate all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin and switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen. In this configuration, does the issue persist?
I tried it. The issue is not shown if I disable the plugin so-widgets-bundle
The objective of the test is to find a baseline where the carousel functions normally. To do that, try temporarily switching to Twenty Nineteen and temporarily deactivating all plugins not authored by SiteOrigin meaning that the only plugins left activated would be the Widgets Bundle and perhaps Page Builder if you use it. In that configuration, does the carousel function normally?
OK right, I changed to Twenty Nineteen and only activated SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle and Page Builder. The issue is not present.
Thanks, please, start by activating your theme first then check, does the issue re-appear? If not, reactivate your plugins one by one, check for the issue after each activation.
Just set my theme and the issue comes up
