Shop link classes not working

I tried to appy css to change the color of the link when its active, but the classes doesnt change when the menu its active, like it does in another pages

From what I can see, the link in the main navigation is highlighted in red when it’s active, as you can see here:
For the category pages, that also seems to work, for example on http://www.copixil.com/copixilnew/product-category/encuestas/ :
So, I’m not entirely sure what the issue is. Could you give a few more details what the issue is exactly?
