    Hello,

    Is it works for direct refund from admin site?
    My site currently using Paypal and able to make refund to customer’s via Paypal in admin.
    Not sure if customer paid by Venmo, can store owner makes refund from admin?

    Please advise. Thank in advance!

    Hi @cfm168 – Sorry for the delay here, your thread seems to have been lost in our forums.

    The payment request buttons, including Venmo, will function just like normal PayPal Checkout payments. You’ll be able to refund directly in the order, which will simply reverse the charge made with the Venmo account the customer used during payment.
