Hi @miroslaba – it may be that one of your other plugins or your theme is interfering with WooCommerce when it tries to install.

First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
After you’ve done that, deactivate ALL of your plugins and switch to the TwentyTwenty theme and try to install WooCommerce. If it installs correctly, you’ll know one of your other plugins or your theme has a conflict with it. Then you can re-enable your other plugins one-by-one. It’s likely one of them will cause an error when you re-enable it if it’s the one conflicting with WooCommerce.

I tried changing the theme and deactivating all the plugins, the installation of Woocommerce failed again, but with a diffrent error.

last week my hosting erased everything under my command and I started all over again, this happened because the site was down.
-When exactly did you first notice the problem? I´ve trying to install Woocommerce since 3 days ago.
-Have any updates been applied to your website recently? No,
-Have you changed themes or made design changes? I changed themes trying to detect was the error was.
-Have you installed any new plugins?No. i just installing the one I have before
-Can the issue be replicated on multiple devices? I haven´t try in other devices
-Is your problem happening in one browser or all of them? all of them
-Do you see a specific error message? Take a screenshot. i have received different error messages, the most recent:

This probably has something to do with your hosting environment. Is it possible that the disk is full or you have used up your allowed storage space?
I had a similar problem. Turns out there was not enough disk space.
yes, i definitely think that was the problem, I asked my hosting to erase everything to start all over again. I re installed Woocommerce and not problems so far.
