Hello
I have the exact same issue (with Woocommerce Admin 1.1.3 / WordPress 5.4.1)
Thank you for the reply.
I deactivated Woocommerce admin but still had the notification. After cleaning the cache the notification was gone. Maybe it will help you?
yeah that worked but i want to use woocommerce admin too.
what should i do for that?
Hi HassanZafar, i think that the new Woocommerce version includes the Admin, the plugin isn´t needed anymore. thanks
then why are the reporting option not showing up after deactivating the admin plugin…As they should be shown on top right side of admin panel showing orders and stock etc
Can a programmer confirm if we just have to delete the plugin or if it’s a bug? In another post it says that the problem is solved. But this is clearly not the case.
thank you in advance
I have also come across a solution where they say that it is resolved but this is not the situation here
Hi @dragondefeu76 Since WooCommerce Admin is built into WooCommerce 4.0 and above, you can delete the plugin. However, I recommend that you update it first before deactivating and deleting it.
@hassanzafar107 You can learn more about Analytics now built into WooCommerce here – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-analytics/ I’m not sure which reporting options are missing for you as the features of the standalone WooCommerce Admin plugin are now built into WooCommerce. If you could provide a screenshot of what you’re looking for, that would be helpful. You can reactivate WooCommerce Admin for comparison if you wish.
No you are right i have already updated and deleted the plugin
thanks…!
Cheers…
I still have this issue. Both WooCommerce (4.2.0) and WooCommerce Admin (1.2.4) are active and latest versions are installed, as well as WordPress (5.4.2).
If I disable/delete WooCommerce Admin, Analytics does not work at all, a blank page is shown for each item in the Analytics menu.
My solution is to have WooCommerce Admin installed and activated for Analytics to remain functional.
Is there a fix for this issue in sight?
Hi @3maj We have some reports of this issue due to a conflict with firewall setup. You can follow along with the discussion here.
Our developers have worked on a solution for the firewall issue to be included in the next release of WooCommerce.
Does that describe your issue? If not, please let us know.
Thanks @drwpcom !
Yes I have AIWPS installed with 6G firewall rules enabled on that site.
I will test further and confirm if it is indeed the cause of the issue.
