    I have tried everything I know to do. I have deleted and reinstalled, I have cleared cache. I have spent way more time on this plug in than I have time for and I have to wait hours for support.
    I even tried exploring the pro plan but couldn’t even figure out if I should have it or what I get for support in doing so. For a plug in with 5 stars, I am baffled as to why it is not working like it is supposed to.

    I am here to assist you. Note, we are in Sydney Australia so there may be some time difference between when you raise a request until we answer it. However we always respond within 24 hours. This support request was just 5 hours ago.

    I think you have sent a couple of emails to me already which I have already responded to. As you have the pro version you are entitled to priority email support, I am going to mark this as solved and we can resolve the issues via email.

    Rest assured, we will get to the bottom of any issues you are experiencing, there is light at the end of the tunnel – there’s never been a time when I couldn’t get the plugin to work for someone 🙂
