Ipad (tablet) landscape mode background fixed images 2 of 3 not showing

Hello,
Oceanwp – elementor – contact form 7, Analytify and SG Optimizer.
I have researched this one for two days so throwing my hands up and asking for help.

As the title states I am trying to get background pictures set as fixed on desktop to work or even show on tablet.

First, I have tried tablet settings to scale the section and adjust the settings however it does not recognize the tablet specific settings. I was willing to remove the images for tablet but again tablet settings are not recognized you only have mobile and desktop that work (I have tried this on three different tablets) so if you change your settings on tablet they change the desktop.

I have tried larger pictures smaller pictures, center, center bottom, etc The problem is the pictures look perfect on desktop with contain but that is making two of three disappear in landscape and shrink too small in portrait and not stretch (I can live with that). The bottom image is only showing a sliver of the image in landscape. Yes all settings are the same for all three sections. I get all photos on the ipad with background cover option selected but they are way zoomed in and look horrible.

I was thinking of buying support for either oceanwp if this is not an easy fix but do not want to waste my time if this can not be fixed and move on to something that can allow me to have fixed background images for tablet and Desktop that allow a paralux scroll effect.

Any advice would be great since the tablet settings are not working for responsive I am designing for tablet and desktop together.
