problem with woocemmerce and awesome support

    Hi

    When we install and connect WooCommerce with awesome support, everything looks OK.
    But [ticket-submit] and [ticket] addresses are not correct in fact. Error 404 is observed.
    The web address is not retrieved properly to get to the right page.

    You’re using a premium plugin. You’ll need to create a ticket with Awesome Support.

    At فروشگاه menu we have my account page and in this page when we activate awesome support plugin, two links appear in right sidebar in my account section of woocemmerce.
    The problem is that the url of these two links that are submit a ticket and dashboard don’t work and my-account is in url :
    /shop/my-account/login-submit/
    but my submit a ticket page url address is :
    /zaman-translation-center/login-submit/

    this cause error 404!

    how can i solve this problem?!
