No Support from plugin author

I noticed KingComposer don’t reply to any of their forum post, isn’t there suppose to be a guideline or something, that a Author needs provide some kind of basic support for the product they develop? Instead of just using this amazing platform to market their professional service?
Even if they don’t want to provide then it should be mentioned in the plugin page at TOP, no free support or something.
Just a thought.
