    Greetings!

    We have a problem in adding our products to the catalog.

    We have some courses (so virtual products).

    We know they are not allowed in the page shop, but they should be allowed in the product catalog (for Dynamic Ads).

    But no virtual products are added to the catalog.

    There are 19 products in the catalog: https://take.ms/NUKeP

    But only 2 (with 2 variants) in the feed and then on Facebook: https://take.ms/MNeTT

    Our team here at SkyVerge just recently took over development and support for this plugin. Our team is hard at work to make sure the plugin works more reliably and more easily going forward!

    Right now, there is a technical limitation that’s preventing us from synchronizing any virtual products, though we’re looking into lifting that precisely for the purpose of advertising. After all, even though these products shouldn’t appear in the shop doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be able to advertise them.

    So for the moment, this is expected behavior, but we’re looking at changing this for advertising use.

    I’m sorry I don’t have better news for you right now, though please know I’ll be letting my product team know that this is something in which you’ve shown interest.
