Don’t get me wrong, the program is great. But unfortunately the support as a premium user is not.

It’s the weekend, there’s only two of us, and I also happen to be sick at the moment. Plus, I was just added back to the support team by the new owner in a more official capacity again, so we still need to get my credentials sorted for that.

Hi Bryan, I thought it might take some time because of the weekend.
It’s not that bad either. I just wanted to find out in the forum whether other buyers had the problem of not getting a license key after the purchase.
The program works anyway, even without premium. I can wait that long.
