    Similar issue to someone previously, but it seems that they were emailed directly with how to solve their issue. I am adding a new item to my store, and while everything previously worked just fine, I recently changed the email address on Printful associated with my store/account, and now when I try to add a new item from Printful it gives me the following message:

    Product was not added!

    Error: Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access

    That’s all we know. If you need some help, please contact our support, provide the error code below, and we’ll see what we can do.

    While I am getting that error, I can see the product was added in WooCommerce, and I can see it in my WordPress “PRODUCT ” menu as a “Privately Published” product.
    I can delete the product either from WordPress or Printful, and I can set it manually to “Public” on WooCommerce, at which point I can see it in my store. However, Printful still says it’s not synced, and when I try to put it into my cart, I’m told that there’s no shipping available, presumably because Printful isn’t syncing. Printful Support told me to check with y’all.

    All the status are OK and green in both Printful and Woocommerce.

    This is a bit of a time sensitive issue, as we are ideally trying to launch in time this to coincide with an event on Sunday.

    Hi there,

    The product shows up on WooCommerce which suggests that the store is working but the Printful sync isn’t successful.

    The error you mentioned says ” Please make sure no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access”, which you could check by a conflict test.

    We can only provide some general pointers since we don’t support third-party plugins or API integrations so this error would be best addressed by Printful.

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
