Perma Link?

    I need someone with experience to give me a straight advice to which kind of permalink structure should I go. Should I just stick with %PostName% only? is this wise?

    I want my permalink structure to be search engine friendly too. Note my website is pretty new I have no problems deleting my posts and starting new.
