upload files

Hello , I want a field on my pods custom post types where people can upload files but at the same time other people can view those uploaded files if I buide a query for that particular field through the conductor plugin, the normal file upload field available on the pods fields is not able to do that, can I add any code or some other solution in order to do this? #support

right now the viewers are seeing the following instead of the uploaded file:
