I am sorry that you are having an issue with the FAQs.
I have checked the issue on my local machine and I am able to delete or add the FAQs via Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Frontpage Settings > FAQs Section.
Can you please send me the screenshot of the issue that you are having while deleting/adding the FAQs?
