“There has been a critical error on your website”

    Hello,

    when clicking on some posts of our website the following message appears for frontend posts:

    This causes a huge traffic decrease.

    After deactivating Mailpoet 3 and Mailpoet 3 Premium the message disappear. I can see the problem also when only Mailpoet 3 Standard is activated.

    I am using Mailpoet 3.47.1 and Mailpoet Premium 3.0.86 + WordPress Version 5.4.1

    Now Mailpoet is completely deactivated.

    Do you have any idea how to solve it because we are losing a lot of subscribers?

    In addition:

    I am also using Popup by Supsystic 1.10.0

    And within the Popups I am using the the shortcodes of Mailpoet 3.47.1 and Mailpoet Premium 3.0.86. The problem is in the the following cases solved:

    Popup by Supsystic is activated and Mailpoet is deactivated
    Popup by Supsystic is deactivated and Mailpoet is activated

    Now Mailpoet is completely activated and Popup by Supsystic deactivated (it works now but without popus). I have also asked Supsystic support but got no answer yet.

    Do you have any idea to use both plugins?
