Need help wit group emails for same purchases

    Hi, ive been running some tests for a page that will allow people to purchase online yoga classes. Im currently running 4 test items. What id like to do is send out an email to everyone that has bought test item 1, test item 2, test item 3 and test item 4 separately. This is so that everyone who has a bought a yoga class for a specific day gets a unique login code.

    Is this possible?

    Hi @benn213,

    It sounds like you’re trying to automate emails that contain specific access codes to your facility based on what product a customer purchased.

    If this is the case, the AutomateWoo extension would be worth looking at.

    Hello, thanks for the reply. I was hoping for a free option rather than a premium service. I’m not too bothered about an automated email being sent out, im happy to manually select a group and send an email each week.

    I did actually see an option to email everyone who purchased specific items in one go cant cannot seem to find it anymore.

    Hi there,

    Have you considered using Mailchimp and dedicated Mailchimp integration plugins for WooCommerce/WordPress? They’re not as flexible as the suggestion mentioned above although they are free 🙂

    Do you know if the mailchimp for WooCommerce allows you to contact people who have purchased a specific product only? So if people have been buying online passes for a tues, weds and thurs yoga class, could i easily contact everyone whove purchased the tues class separately fairly easy?

    @benn213 We do not develop or support the MailChimp extension, so we would not be able to confirm its exact functionality.

    I am setting this thread to resolved for now, if you want to report back if it can do what you were looking for, it would be helpful to others in the future.
