Support not up to the task

    I must confirm that the technical support, despite putting a lot of good will, is absolutely not able to support a plugin of a platform so used in the world as wordpress.
    They forgot to fix an error for three updates, forcing the plugin user to do it manually every time.

    Unjustifiable!
