Unable to install

    I had a notification to update updraft Plus today. it failed and returned a critical error. After looking on their website i deleted the plug in and attempted to re-install but it’s failing every-time. Have tried both within the plugin tab and via a zip. Nothing is working

    Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature….

    That is the error message I also got when I tried to update updraft plus as well today

    Hi James,

    The error that you are getting means that the file has been corrupted.
    Please can you remove the plugin and re-install? Do you still get the same problem?
