Try switching you’re theme to a default theme and test. If you don’t encounter the error chances are it’s your theme.
If you do encounter it still in the default theme then you’ll need to go thru disabling all your plugins one by one until you find the one that no longer triggers the error.
Disable a plugin… Test and repeat. Until you don’t encounter it. Then you know which one it is.

@serafinnyc The issue is that warning box appear not regularly, but occasionally. So I can’t test what causing it to appear.
Then create a staging environment and go thru the processes I gave you above.
