disappering Categories Tags… lost, gone, POOF! ..

I think after i “converted category list to tags”

it started the “glitch” ..

categories were all converted to tags.

and then after a new post, only 2 categories were left, while all tags still remain.

now.. after another new post. Tags are all gone as well..

I’m scared of writing more blogs..

please help.
