    I was experiencing a problem uploading the Fast and Secure Contact Form. I found out the problem was “My Live Signature”. The plugin was
    completely breaking the wordpress shortcode feature causing the
    shortcode to not be rendered. I immediately deactivated “My Live Signature” and I was up and running. I’m thank the author of Fast and Secure Contact “Mike” for troubleshooting the problem.
